Land Claims: How to Claim & Protect Land

How land claims work on Blaze Gaming's Pixelmon and Cobblemon servers: get the tool with /kit claim, earn claim blocks, trust friends, and the claim rules.

On our wiki, we use the following icons when features are restricted in some way. Below are the icons and what they mean:

Short answer: type /kit claim to get the claiming tool, then use it to claim the land around your base. Only you and the players you trust can build in a claim. Claims work the same way on both servers, but each server has its own claims.

How to claim land

1. Type /kit claim to get your land-claiming tool.

2. Right-click one corner of the area you want with the tool, then right-click the opposite corner.

3. Stand inside your claim and type /claiminfo to check it. /claimlist lists all your claims.

On our Cobblemon server, /warp claiminfo takes you to a spot at spawn that explains how to keep your things safe.

Claim rules: don't claim or build within 25 blocks of another player's claim unless the owner says it's OK, claims can be removed after 90 days of inactivity, and don't claim land that belongs to another player, even if they haven't claimed it yet.

Claim blocks

Claims use claim blocks: the more land you claim, the more blocks you need. New players start with some claim blocks, and you get more by:

• Playing: you earn claim blocks the longer you play.

• Voting: every vote gives you 50 claim blocks (see Voting).

• Bingo: some Bingo rewards are bundles of claim blocks (see Bingo).

• Crates and other rewards: some crate rewards are claim blocks. Crate keys come from votes and Bingo, and are also sold in our store.

• Ranks: each optional rank comes with a one-time amount of claim blocks when you get it. Ranks are sold in our store. See Currencies & Ranks for what else ranks include.

On Cobblemon, type [claimblock] in chat to show how many claim blocks you have.

Remove a claim

Stand inside the claim and type /abandonclaim.

Frequently asked questions

Is my stuff safe without a claim?

Keep inventory is on, so you keep your items when you die. Griefing and stealing are against our rules everywhere, even on unclaimed land, but only a claim stops other players from breaking your blocks or opening your chests. Claim your base before you build.

Someone griefed my build or stole from me. What do I do?

Open a support ticket in our Discord. Griefing, raiding and stealing are against our rules on both servers, whether the build is claimed or not. Report it within 90 days, because griefs, raids and stolen items reported later won't be reimbursed.

Do my claims carry over between servers?

No. Our Pixelmon and Cobblemon servers each have their own claims, just like your coins and items.

Where are all the commands?

In the Command List, or on the boards at /warp info.
