Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://wiki.mc-blaze.com/features/playtime-rewards.md). # Playtime Rewards Free rewards for playing on Blaze Gaming's Pixelmon and Cobblemon servers (play.mc-blaze.com): 18 playtime milestones from 30 minutes to 56 days, claimed with /ptr. {% hint style="info" %} On our wiki, we use the following icons when features are restricted in some way. Below are the icons and what they mean: * Blaze Modpack Required * Discord Server Exclusive * Cobblemon Server Exclusive * Pixelmon Server Exclusive {% endhint %} *** **Short answer:** the longer you play, the more you unlock. There are 18 playtime milestones, from 30 minutes up to 56 days, and each one gives a set of free rewards. Type `/ptr` in-game to see your progress and claim them. ## How do Playtime Rewards work? * **Only active time counts.** Time spent AFK doesn't count towards your rewards. * **You claim them yourself.** When a reward is ready, you get a message in chat and a bar at the top of your screen telling you to use `/ptr`. * **Rewards wait for you.** If you don't claim a reward straight away, it stays ready, and you can claim several at once later. * **Each reward can be claimed once.** After you claim it, it shows as claimed in the menu. * **Everyone can earn them.** You don't need a rank, and the rewards are the same on both servers apart from the chat cosmetics at 56 days. ## How do I claim my rewards? 1. Type `/ptr` to open the Playtime Rewards menu. 2. Look at the icons: a red ✘ means you haven't played long enough yet, a yellow ✔ means the reward is ready, and a green ✔ means you've already claimed it. Hover over a reward to see your playtime and how long is left. 3. | ## What do the rewards do? * **Money Pouches** give a random amount of coins. Higher tiers give more. * **Wands** (Poké Heal, Smelt, Sell and Platform) each have a set number of uses. See [Wands](/features/wands.md) for what each one does. * **The Vote Key** opens the Vote Crate at `/warp crates`. You also get one every time you [vote](/features/voting.md). * **Spins** give you a Pokémon when you right-click them: a Pokémon Spin gives a random Pokémon, and Shiny, Hidden Ability and Legendary Spins give a shiny, a hidden-ability or a legendary Pokémon. * **Temporary Fly Vouchers** let you use `/fly` for the time shown on the voucher. * **The 10% Sell Booster** is a personal booster: right-click it to get 10% more money when you sell, for 2 hours. * **The 56-day chat set** unlocks a tag and matching chat, prefix and nickname colors: Persistent on Pixelmon, TouchGrass on Cobblemon. ## Can I buy any of these rewards? Some of these rewards also come from the [store](https://store.mc-blaze.com). Store ranks include one-time rewards such as Master Balls, Rare Candy and spins, chat colors and tags, and permanent flight with `/fly` from the fifth rank (Alpha on Pixelmon, Void on Cobblemon). Spin bundles contain Shiny and Legendary Spins. See [Server Currencies & Ranks](/info-pages/server-currencies.md) for what each one includes. ## Frequently asked questions ### Does AFK time count towards Playtime Rewards? No. Only time you spend actively playing counts. ### Why doesn't /playtime match my progress in /ptr? `/playtime` shows your total time on the server, which can include time from before Playtime Rewards were added. Your progress in `/ptr` only counts active time since then. The `/ptr` menu always shows how long is left for each reward. ### Is my playtime shared between Pixelmon and Cobblemon? No. Playtime is only calculated on the gamemode you are playing. ### My inventory is full. Can I still claim a reward? Not until you free up enough slots. The reward stays ready in `/ptr`, so empty some slots (or put items in a chest) and claim it then. If an item still doesn't fit, it goes to your Overflow: type `/overflow` to collect it. ### What happens to my rewards when the server resets? Rewards you've claimed are items, so like everything else in your inventory they start fresh in a new season unless they're in your Reset Vault. Tags you've already unlocked carry over.
