Server Currencies & Ranks
Coins, Blazebux and Vote Points on Blaze Gaming's Pixelmon and Cobblemon servers: how to earn and spend each, what ranks include and what the store sells.
Short answer: Blaze is free to play. You earn coins by playing and voting, and Vote Points by voting. Blazebux come from our optional store and from prizes. The store also sells ranks (which come with one-time rewards), crate keys, spin bundles and gift cards, but not boosters.

Vote Points
Every vote for Blaze gives you a Vote Point, along with the other vote rewards. Vote Points are shared by both servers, so you can spend them in /voteshop on Pixelmon or Cobblemon. They stay with you at a new season. See Voting.
Ranks
Ranks are optional, permanent and sold in our store. Each server has its own ranks: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Alpha and Supreme on Pixelmon
, and Comet, Fusion, Nova, Galaxy, Void and Infinity on Cobblemon
. Each rank includes the commands, perks and kits of the ranks below it, and upgrading only costs the difference. Depending on the rank, you get:
one-time rewards when you buy it, such as crate keys, spins, Rare Candy, Master Balls, claim blocks and coins;
a rank kit and extra commands, such as
/heal,/smeltand/sell(see Rank commands);permanent flight with
/fly, from the fifth rank up (Alpha on Pixelmon, Void on Cobblemon);more player vaults, Reset Vault slots (their items carry over to the next season), GTS listings, chest shops and player warps;
more Day Care blocks for breeding on Pixelmon
;chat colors, tags and emojis, and a higher place in the server queue.
To compare every rank, see our store's Pixelmon ranks and Cobblemon ranks, or type /ranks or visit /warp ranks in game. Your rank stays with you when a server starts a new season.
Crates and keys
Open crate keys at /warp crates on either server. What you get from a crate is random, so left-click a crate first to preview what it can give.
Free keys: every vote gives you a Vote Crate key, and Bingo rewards and monthly top-voter prizes include keys.
Store keys: Plasma and Omni keys on Pixelmon
, and Master and Prismatic keys on Cobblemon
. They can give rewards such as Modifiers, legendary and shiny Pokémon or spins, and training items.
Spin bundles
Our store sells Rare, Epic and Legendary Bundles for each server. They contain Shiny Spins, Legendary Spins and Shiny Legendary Spins, and the Epic and Legendary Bundles also include an IV Maxer. Each spin gives you a random Pokémon of that kind.
Tournaments
Anything you get on the server, including from the store, is allowed in our monthly tournaments.
Payments and refunds
Purchases in our store are sold by Tebex, our reseller, which handles payment, billing support and refund requests. Blaze doesn't store your card details. Purchases are final: the Tebex Terms of Service say there are no refunds except where consumer law requires one, so please read them before you buy. Parents with questions can also email us at [email protected].
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy anything to play?
No. Blaze is free to play, and the store is optional.
Can I move coins or Blazebux between servers?
No. Each server has its own coins and Blazebux, and only Vote Points are shared. Our rules allow trades between the two servers only as gift card deals, where one side of the trade is a store gift card.
What happens to my money when a server resets?
Your coins start fresh, but your Blazebux and Vote Points carry over, along with your rank and its perks and your cosmetics and tags. See Seasons & Resets.
How do I get Blazebux without the store?
Sell Pokémon or items for Blazebux on the GTS, get paid in Blazebux by another player, or win them as prizes, for example in our monthly tournaments.
Can I buy a rank for someone else?
Yes. On our store's rank pages, enter their Minecraft username to see their current rank and the next one up. Upgrades only cost the difference.
